This formula aids in maintaining a balanced skin environment for horses prone to irritation by absorbing excess
oil and moisture. Our EquiCoat powder helps in addressing minor irritations, itching, and some parasitic
infections.
● Aids in the fight against most common skin conditions, such as rain rot, scabies, scurf, and sweet
itch.
● Carefully designed to help your horse maintain a healthy skin and coat.
● All natural high-quality minerals, no toxic chemicals. Rest assured that our product is safe to apply
without using gloves.
● Manage and prevent conditions such as equine dermatitis, scratches, mane & tail rubbing, and much
more.
Ingredients:
● Clinoptilolite (Zeolite mineral): absorbent mineral that contributes to maintaining a dry environment in
the affected area.
● Sulphur: has antifungal, antibacterial, and keratolytic properties. Its use was widespread in
dermatological disorders such as acne vulgaris, dandruff, scabies, and much more.
● Diatomaceous Earth: helps absorb moisture and promote dryness in the affected area.
● Zinc Oxide Powder: has mild antimicrobial properties and is used for its soothing and drying effects. It
is often found in diaper rash powders.
● Betulin: natural compound found in birch bark that has shown antibacterial and anti-inflammatory
properties, making it a valuable addition to the formula.
Application/Use:
● Shake well before use
● Remove any dirt and debris from the affected area with a dry brush.
● Apply the powder evenly to the horse’s coat, avoiding sensitive areas like eyes, nostrils, and mucous
membranes.
● Rub gently into the coat with your hand or curry comb.
● If the powder needs to be removed, it can be rinsed off with water.
● Apply powder as needed or as directed by your veterinarian.
● Daily in severe conditions. As needed for maintenance.
● In severe conditions apply daily for 3 days, then go down to maintenance.
Cautions:
● Use in a ventilated area - cool and dry place. Keep the container tightly closed to
prevent moisture ingress.
● In all cases involving skin or coat conditions, diseases, or injuries, your veterinarian is your best
source for information about your horse & their particular circumstances.
● Keep out of reach of children and pets. Avoid contact with eyes. In case of contact, immediately flush eye
with plenty of water. Avoid excessive inhalation. Not for human consumption.
● Not for long-term use unless directed by your veterinarian.
● Apply in a well-ventilated area.
